As we approach the busy holiday season, we are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
ยง Customer Communication: Answer phones and respond to email inquiries, providing excellent customer service and information about our services.
ยง Proposal Generation: Prepare and send detailed proposals to potential clients based on their needs and preferences.
ยง Scheduling: Assist with scheduling consultations, installations, and follow-up appointments.
ยง Client Interaction: Communicate with customers to confirm details, provide updates, and ensure a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
ยง Must be able to commit to 3 days per week (minimum). Hours will vary within those days but can be flexible.
Qualifications:
ยง Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
ยง Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
ยง Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
ยง Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
ยง Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and assist where needed.
