Part-Time Meta Ads Manager (U.S. Based, Remote)

We help small businesses run Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, Linkedin, Reddit and Twitter ads with zero stress, zero calls, and zero fluff.
Now we’re expanding in the U.S. and looking for a part-time Ads Manager who wants ownership, not hand-holding.
What You'll Actually Do:
• Run Meta ad campaigns for 15 clients per month
• Use ChatGPT, Trello, Slack, and Loom to work async (rarely calls)
• Send weekly reports using GPT-powered templates
• Review and adjust creative/ad copy to match U.S. tone
• Monitor performance (CPM, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
• Own results. No one’s checking your every move.
Ideal Candidate:
• 1–2 years of experience running Meta Ads Manager accounts or similar (not just boosting posts)
• Can analyze data (CTR, CPM, ROAS) and make smart tweaks
• Can manage multiple accounts without panic or chaos
• Comfortable writing short, punchy ad copy and using AI to help
• Fast executor, calm communicator, and no ego
• Based in the U.S. — remote is fine, California is a plus
Hours & Pay:
• Part-time (20 hours/week)
• Fixed salary: $2,000–$2,500/month
• Bonus potential based on retention & upsells
