**The Role**
As a part-time Customer Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. Your primary duties will include:
* Providing nothing-but-wonderful customer service through email and live chat support
* Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
* Utilizing internal communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments
* Identifying and resolving customer pain points and trends to optimize their experience

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
* Attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls
* Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise in which you will fulfill your shifts
* Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
* Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
* Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router
* Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
