Key Responsibilities

Ā Maintain a part-time evening schedule (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM CST) with rotating shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
Ā Access and document patient information utilizing electronic medical records (EMRs) and internal applications.
Ā Complete necessary shift preparation and post-call documentation accurately.
Required Skills
Ā Valid LPN License: Must possess or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license (residency in a Compact US state required).
Ā Experience in End-of-Life Care: Previous exposure to hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is crucial.
Ā Fast-Paced Environment: Experience in high-pressure settings such as Emergency Departments or critical care is advantageous.
Ā Technological Proficiency: Ability to navigate various technology applications and type efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Ā Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to engage empathetically with patients while maintaining adherence to protocols.
