Key Responsibilities Handle Customer Inquiries via Online Chat: Respond to a wide range of customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to address their needs and concerns. Schedule Appointments and Capture Leads: Work to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation, ensuring that our clients receive valuable opportunities.
