Part-Time IT Support Specialist
Bushburg is seeking a Part-Time IT Support Specialist to assist with the setup and maintenance of technology devices in their office and offsite locations. This role will also involve onboarding new employees by preparing their laptops and ensuring they are equipped with the necessary software and tools. Responsibilities Set up and configure technology devices, including computers, printers, and mobile devices Assist with the onboarding process for new employees by preparing and configuring laptops Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assist in ordering new devices as needed Skills Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (TASC/GED) Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Completion of at least one year of college coursework in Information Technology or a related field Company Overview Bushburg is the driving force behind the predevelopment planning, ground-up construction, and adaptive reuse conversion of sites in New York and New Jersey.
