DDS/DMD Degree: Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Florida Credentialing with Dental Insurance Plans: Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans, ensuring seamless and comprehensive coverage for our patients.
