Only applicants with at least 2 years of hands-on experience running both YouTube and Facebook campaigns, backed by successful results in their portfolio, will be considered.

You will be instrumental in developing, executing, and optimizing our digital advertising strategies. Your expertise will directly drive the growth of Lartey Wellness Group , IV Hydration Services , and Lartey Realty Group .
Strategize and manage Google Ads and YouTube campaigns to increase leads and conversions.
Design and implement Facebook Ads and retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential clients and nurture leads.
Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance for maximum ROI and KPI achievement.
Provide clear, data-driven reports on campaign results with actionable recommendations.
Oversee multiple campaigns concurrently across our brand portfolio.
(Bonus) Apply SEO best practices and advanced retargeting techniques to maximize impact.
Minimum 2 years of proven, hands-on experience running YouTube and Facebook Ads campaigns with documented success.
Demonstrated ability to execute sophisticated targeting/retargeting strategies and manage advertising budgets effectively.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
A results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering measurable growth.
