Americas Delivery Center - Financial Crimes Compliance Analyst

The Americas Delivery Center is looking for a Financial Crimes Compliance Analyst to support their financial crimes compliance competency by conducting research, analysis, and reporting related to anti-money laundering and fraud detection. This role offers training and mentorship, allowing analysts to develop their skills and contribute to client satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities Collaborate and accomplish tasks for the project assigned to them in support of Protiviti’s Solution offerings Reviewing and assessing demographic and financial data and transactional information for potentially suspicious or unusual activity Identifying, investigating, and escalating red flags associated with anti-money laundering (AML), potential fraud and financial exploitation typologies Performing research using client systems, open-source public records and third-party investigative tools to establish and/or validate a subject’s profile Documenting observations in a detailed, yet concise, manner in accordance with client policies and procedures, and recommending next steps Skills High School Diploma/GED with related work experience or a bachelor's degree from accredited university in relevant academic area Proficiency in bolthires Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to work collaboratively with many cross functional teams and stakeholders Ability to absorb new knowledge and information to develop new skills Flexibility to adapt to changing roles and requests Ability to articulate key findings and results both written and verbally Being coachable and receptive to feedback Being detail oriented and organized Benefits Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability.We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions.
