The franchised Super 8 by Wyndham location in Osseo, Wisconsin is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Agent (Franchise) to join its team at the Super 8 by Wyndham Osseo.



**The Role**



**Guest Services:**



+ Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.

+ Check guests in and out using the reservation system.

+ Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

+ Handle guest complaints or requests, escalating when needed.

+ Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.



**Reservations and Room Management:**



+ Make, confirm, and modify reservations via phone, online systems, or in person.

+ Assign rooms according to guest preferences and availability.

+ Maintain room status updates (e.g., clean, dirty, out of service).



**Cash Handling and Billing:**



+ Process payments (credit cards, cash, etc.).

+ Issue receipts and provide change as necessary.

+ Balance cash drawer and generate shift reports.

+ Handle refunds or billing discrepancies professionally.



**Communication and Coordination:**



+ Answer phone calls and route to the appropriate department.

+ Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance about room needs.

+ Keep accurate logbooks or shift notes for the next shift.



**Safety and Security:**



+ Monitor security cameras (if applicable).

+ Follow emergency procedures during incidents.

+ Ensure only registered guests enter guest areas.



**Administrative Tasks:**



+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

+ Perform light clerical duties such as filing and data entry.

+ Restock brochures, keys, or supplies.



**What you'll do**



+ Check-In, answering phone calls, keep the lobby maintained, and Fold laundry.



**You'll be successful if you have**



+ Customer service experience.



**Required Qualifications/Experience**



The ideal candidate will have at least one year of professional experience and a high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
