Core Responsibilities – Delivering Delightful Experiences

Customer Interaction & Service Excellence

Warmly greet every customer, establishing immediate rapport through eye contact, a genuine smile, and a proactive “How can I help you today?” approach.
Identify customer needs by asking insightful questions, offering product recommendations, and suggesting complementary items or upgrades that add value.
Resolve inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly, ensuring each interaction ends with a satisfied and confident shopper.
Share best‑practice service techniques with teammates, reinforcing arenaflex’s hallmark traits of attentiveness, empathy, and follow‑through.


Transaction Management & Operational Accuracy

Operate assigned cash registers with speed and precision, processing sales, cash, credit, and digital payments while adhering to cash‑handling policies.
Execute voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges accurately, safeguarding both the customer’s experience and arenaflex’s financial integrity.
Maintain thorough documentation of transactions, inventory movements, and promotional activities in the store’s POS system.


Merchandising, Inventory, and Store Presentation

Keep checkout counters, aisles, and shelves immaculate, well‑stocked, and visually appealing, adhering to arenaflex’s brand standards.
Participate in product receiving, pricing, and inventory counts, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking using FIFO (first‑in‑first‑out) methodology.
Build and refresh displays—including seasonal promotions, super‑structures, and signage—according to planograms and visual merchandising guidelines.
Assist with food‑safety protocols, separating raw and pre‑cooked items, and positioning perishable goods on appropriate shelf heights.


Specialty Service Areas

Provide knowledgeable assistance in the photo centre, guiding customers through digital passport photos, poster prints, and creative machine options while promoting add‑on products.
Manage web‑pick‑up orders via the Picture Care Plus platform: monitor incoming orders, accurately pick items, and deliver them promptly to waiting customers.


Asset Protection & Compliance

Apply arenaflex’s loss‑prevention procedures, monitoring for suspicious activity and promptly reporting discrepancies.
Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing age‑restricted items such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.


Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Maintain respectful, supportive relationships with coworkers, fostering an inclusive and high‑performing environment.
