About the Role:
We are immediately hiring for a part-time evening and weekend position to help answer phones and schedule appointments. This is a great opportunity for someone who values flexibility and enjoys providing excellent customer service from a quiet, professional environment.
What Youll Do:
Answer incoming calls professionally and promptly
Assist clients with scheduling transportation and providing service details
Coordinate appointments using our internal system
Relay messages and escalate urgent issues when necessary
Represent Luxxor Limousines with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
What We Offer:
$25/hour starting pay
Guaranteed minimum 1 hour pay nightly, regardless of call volume
Some nights may involve 1 hour of work or more; other nights you may not work at all
Paid training and all necessary equipment provided
Flexible evening and weekend shifts
Supportive and team-oriented environment
Requirements:
A quiet, distraction-free home office setup with reliable internet access
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
Availability to reliably cover evenings and weekends
Ability to work independently and manage varying workloads
Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer proficiency
