About the Role

As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. You'll be the voice of our company, interacting with customers via phone to resolve inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for:


Responding to inbound customer calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner, ensuring each interaction meets Arenaflex's high standards for service quality
Providing product and service information to customers, answering questions, and offering knowledgeable guidance about our offerings
Troubleshooting customer issues with patience and precision, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to resolve concerns
Processing order-related inquiries, including checking order status, addressing shipping concerns, and assisting with returns or exchanges
Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been fully resolved and that they have received quality service throughout their experience
Completing after-call documentation and accurately entering customer information, interaction details, and resolution notes into our database systems
Maintaining product knowledge by staying current on company policies, service updates, and new offerings to provide accurate information to customers
Meeting performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution rates
Participating in ongoing training and team meetings to continuously improve skills and stay aligned with company goals
Escalating complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams when necessary to ensure proper resolution


Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications


Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or remote support environment
Current residency in one of the following states: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, or Michigan
High School Diploma or equivalent education credential
Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download) with the ability to be hard-wired to your computer for optimal performance
Ability to work evening shifts, including the potential for weekend coverage as needed
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications


Preferred Qualifications


Previous experience handling high-volume customer calls
Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
Knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies
