About the Role The Part Time Data Entry Specialist will play a critical role in our organization, responsible for entering data into our systems with high accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and attention to detail Conduct refined and detailed analysis of existing processes, systems, and desired targets to meet the objectives/plan of the assigned products Work with the Product Owner and SMEs to prioritize feature development based on business value Inspire and create initial epics/features and elaborate into user stories that clearly describe the functional and non-functional requirements Communicate business requirements via artifacts such as user stories, features, scenarios, acceptance models based on customer stories, process flows, wireframe diagrams, collaboration diagrams, mockups/demos, etc. Collaborate with a multi-functional team within a Scrum framework Lead work sessions and report new features, requirements, and processes Oversight of testing, bug tracking, improvements while ensuring issues are resolved before promoting to production environments Able to handle multiple initiatives and balance continually evolving priorities Use data and analysis to drive decision-making and support process-driven solutions Develop business logic and key metrics for incorporation into decision support models and tools Develop problem statements including problem description and improvement measures Drill down past the surface of the problem to understand the root cause Presenting recommendations and supporting data to determine strong, logical, and justifiable business reasons Provide guidance to project planning and effort estimation within scope Support the identification of risks and mitigation approaches Ability to collaborate with, as well as create and maintain internal customer relationships with specialty unit leaders Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following essential qualifications: 3 years of hands-on experience as a project manager, product owner, or similar role Knowledge of agile methodology and principles; ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of software development and delivery Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from feasibility through to production Knowledge of tools, techniques, and methods of requirement analysis; ability to inspire, analyze, and document expected business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills Should have excellent training and organizational skills, strong verbal, written communication, and support skills Should perform satisfactorily in the present position Consistently prioritizes the safety and security of self, others, and personal data Embraces diverse individuals, thinking, and styles Preferred Qualifications The following preferred qualifications will give you an upper hand in this role: Strong understanding of Integrated/SDLC development methodologies DevOps experience including the use of point of Enterprise Agile planning solutions like Agility.Al or similar Past experience as a product knowledgeable authority including ownership for its development and implementation Flexibility to adapt and make plans for changing business objectives Airline business experience, as well as business process re-engineering or potentially broad experience working with agile teams, is desirable Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Delta Airlines, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
