We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry & Email Marketing Assistant to support our team with maintaining a conferences database and executing email marketing campaigns.
Time commitment: 10–12 hours per week
Work arrangement: Remote, flexible hours
Key Responsibilities
•Data entry and ongoing maintenance of a conferences database application
• Reviewing, updating, and validating conference information
• Preparing and sending weekly and bi-weekly email marketing campaigns
• Managing email campaigns for Greek and international recipients
• Working with content in Greek and English languages
Required Qualifications
• Fluent in Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills and comfort working with online tools and databases
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proven experience in data entry
Nice to Have
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Brevo or similar)
• Web searching capabilities in scraping and automations
• Interest in learning new tools and AI
