What You Will Be Doing for arenaflex

As a Data Entry Claims Intake Processor at arenaflex, you will serve as a crucial link between healthcare providers and insurance companies. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately enter data from insurance claims and authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers into our systems. This task requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet client turnaround times.

Your daily responsibilities will include:


Data Entry Excellence: Accurately input information from insurance claims and authorization requests into our proprietary systems, ensuring all data fields are completed correctly and in accordance with established guidelines.
System Navigation: Navigate efficiently through imaging software to retrieve claims and authorization documents for data entry, demonstrating proficiency in multiple software platforms.
Document Differentiation: Distinguish between various claim types and follow the appropriate data entry guidelines specific to each document type.
Special Handling Identification: Accurately identify specific document types that require special handling, ensuring sensitive or complex claims are processed correctly.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times, supporting your colleagues during high-volume periods.
Workflow Support: Support additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education and Credentials

To be considered for this position, you must have:


High school diploma or equivalent (GED, homeschool completion, or international equivalent)


Experience

We are looking for candidates with:


Six (6) months or more of experience in a data entry or typing-focused role
Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, or claims processing is a plus but not required
Demonstrated ability to maintain high accuracy rates while meeting productivity goals

Minimum typing speed of 8,200 keystrokes per hour (KSPH)
Minimum accuracy rate of 98%
