Delta Air Lines is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Chat Support Representative to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through online chat support...
Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers in a timely and professional manner through chat support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with booking flights, managing reservations, and addressing concerns.
2. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Demonstrate resourcefulness and independence in problem-solving to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
4. Utilize persuasion techniques to promote and upsell Delta Air Lines products and services.
5. Display leadership skills in guiding customers through complex issues and offering solutions.
6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain a high standard of service delivery.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all interactions.
8. Meet and exceed established performance metrics to contribute to overall team success.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently and demonstrate resourcefulness in problem-solving.
4. Strong persuasion skills to drive sales and upsell opportunities.
5. Leadership qualities to guide customers and handle complex issues effectively.
6. Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
