Key Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently enter data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers, meeting client turnaround times. Navigate through imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry, ensuring efficient and effective processing. Differentiate between various claim types and follow established data entry guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency. Identify specific document types that require special handling and process them accordingly. Collaborate with team members to ensure work is completed within designated turnaround times, promoting a cohesive and productive team environment. Support additional workflows as needed, adapting to internal or external requirements and demonstrating flexibility. Perform quality reviews of other team members' claims/authorizations according to established data entry guidelines, contributing to the team's overall quality and excellence. Essential Qualifications To be a successful candidate for this role, you must possess: A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education. A minimum of 6 months of experience in a data entry or typing-focused role, showcasing your proficiency in data entry and typing skills. Strong data entry/typing skills, with the ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in your work.
