An outstanding automotive retailer who has a requirement for Weekend Sales Support Staff to join their busy used car operation in Hinckley. What You’ll Be Doing Be the welcoming face of the showroom during our busiest times. Greet every visitor warmly and professionally, making them feel comfortable and valued. Support the sales team by assisting customers with appointments, vehicle viewings and test drives. Answer customer queries and provide general information about the cars and products on offer. Help manage customer flow and ensure no opportunity is missed, including walk-in enquiries. Keep the showroom tidy, clean, and well presented at all times. Requirements Experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or automotive preferred). Confidence and enthusiasm when engaging with customers. Excellent communication and people skills – you enjoy talking to people and making a great impression. Professional and presentable appearance. A proactive attitude – able to spot and support customer needs without being asked. Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (and Bank Holidays if required).
