Key Responsibilities As a Part-time Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for: * Reading source documents and entering data in specific data fields accurately, translating as appropriate for language specifications. * Collecting, compiling, sorting, and verifying the data's accuracy or completeness before it is entered.* Performing data integrity tasks by locating and correcting data entry errors, or reporting them to supervisors. * Uploading virtual documents. * Filing any virtual documents in appropriate locations or distributing them as needed. * Providing data lists, spreadsheets, and reports. * Creating or modifying databases according to the needs of the clinical team. * Providing direction or assistance to users of information regarding data requirements and status of paperwork. * Communicating with clinical staff to maintain high-priority data entry deadlines.Essential Qualifications We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual with: * 1 year of experience in a high-volume data entry role. * Bilingual in Spanish and English. * Computer literacy with experience working across multiple platforms (Smartsheets, bolthires Suite, Excel). * Ability to work 20 hours weekly across a variety of tasks and timelines. * Expert time-management skills with the ability to effectively keep other team members updated with priorities and needs to meet specific deadlines.* A meticulous attention to detail with the ability to work with both speed and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Experience working in a healthcare setting. * Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs). * Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools. * Certification in data entry or a related field.
