They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for... business users. The Data Analyst works closely with his/her manager to learn and grow their coding skills, and critical thinking skills to develop business critical reports/dashboards.
This position is hybrid, requiring one (1) day in office in Toccoa, GA and does not offer sponsorship.

Principal Responsibilities
Source, clean and curate data from multiple internal/external data sources
Develop knowledge of 1st Franklin data, its usefulness and extract it
Derive insights from raw data and develop reports/dashboards to communicate business insights
Present recommendations to senior business leaders
Develop knowledge of business and profitability levels
Identify opportunities to improve profitability and/or customer satisfaction
Collect and perform analysis of data
Present recommendations to senior business leaders
Education, Qualifications, And Experience
Undergraduate, analytically oriented degree with academic success
Exhibit knowledge of data structures and relational databases
Demonstrate familiarity with third party APIs
Strong knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of Power BI or strong desire to learn
Advanced interpersonal relationship and consultative skills at a variety of business settings
Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgement
Results-orientation with multi-tasking abilities
Critical thinking skills to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgement
Solid communication skills (verbal / written / interpersonal)
Strong attention to detail
Must possess a valid driver license with the ability to operate a vehicle
