**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, live chat, and email
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Responding to customer inquiries and providing product information
* Collaborating with our sales team to upsell and cross-sell products
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

**Preferred Qualifications**
