Qualifications and Requirements To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although this is not a strict requirement. Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills are essential, along with a strong ability to multitask. Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with a minimum commitment of 16+ hours per week. Able to attend 5 weeks of training Monday - Friday from 4PM – 8PM, with flexible scheduling available after completion of training. Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred for this role.
