Part-Time Customer Support Assistant (US Timezone)
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to help our e-commerce team with occasional customer and supplier calls.
This is a flexible, on-demand roletypically 1 to 2 calls per weekwith potential for growth. It's perfect for someone who already works with clients in the US timezone and can assist with quick support tasks as needed. We do not yet have the volume to justify a dedicated staff member, so were looking for someone whos available when needed, without requiring long notice.
Responsibilities
- Call customers to resolve issues related to orders or cart abandonment
- Contact suppliers to follow up on order issues or product questions
- Support our e-commerce manager by handling communication that requires phone calls
- Occasionally suggest process improvements related to customer recovery and communication
Requirements
- Must be organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable making calls in English
- Available to take quick tasks during US business hours, without requiring much notice
- Previous experience in customer support (e-commerce experience preferred, but not required)
- Comfortable working with evolving tasks and minimal supervision
