**Job Summary**
We're seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team, working 3 days a week from 10am-2pm. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, building rapport, and maintaining positive relationships through effective communication and active listening. You'll also be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, following up on inbound inquiries, and collaborating with team members to optimize outbound calling campaigns.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to a lead list provided by arenaflex, engaging potential clients and providing information about our services and initiatives.
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and active listening.
- Identify and qualify leads to determine potential interest and suitability for our programs and services.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing customer questions and concerns with accuracy and efficiency.
- Document all interactions and updates in the CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and optimize outbound calling campaigns for maximum effectiveness and success.
- Meet and exceed established targets for outbound call volume, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction metrics.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles, with a proven track record of success in outbound calling preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse individuals.
