About the Role You’ll be the go-to person for creating engaging, timely content and building real community vibes online. It’s remote, based in the Philippines, and ideal for someone early in their career who’s got a natural feel for brand voice and social trends. Your Key Responsibilities: Create and schedule posts across LinkedIn, IG, and FB. Engage with followers through comments, messages, and mentions. React to trending content and strategically interact with others. Track performance and suggest ways to grow reach. Stay sharp on what’s working in the social space. Requirements About YOU You’ve probably already helped a brand—or even your own—build an audience online. You’re not afraid to try new content ideas, engage authentically, and give a brand a voice that people want to follow. About YOUR Work History You’ve managed or supported social channels before. You know how to use scheduling tools and shared drives. You’ve worked remotely or are confident managing your own workflow. You’re a clear communicator with strong written skills.
