We believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality legal services, and we are committed to making that a reality. **Job Summary** As a Part Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for locating qualified legal providers to assist our members with their legal needs. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining our network of provider relationships, promoting our CLC Legal Program, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This is an hourly position with the potential to earn monthly incentives, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to supplement their income or launch their career in customer service. **Key Responsibilities** • Assist customers in locating qualified legal providers for their specific needs • Build and maintain blithequark's network of legal providers through research and outreach • Introduce and promote the CLC Legal Program to legal providers through cold calling and other outreach efforts • Validate legal providers' professional licensing through local and state agencies • Manage a caseload of 25+ customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their legal needs • Successfully recruit for individual customer referrals, network partnerships, legal class requests, and other special promotions/assignments • Meet or exceed established company standards for provider and member satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and timelines **Essential Qualifications** • Compassionate and courteous communication style in all internal and external interactions • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple cases • Accurate retention and documentation of large amounts of information • Willingness to seek out best solutions and outcomes for customers and providers, with a "can-do" attitude • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field • Familiarity with the legal industry and its terminology • Strong research and analytical skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Work Environment & Physical Demands** This position operates in a professional office environment, with regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
