Job Summary As a Part-time Customer Service Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to and resolving their inquiries related to our banking products and services. This role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities. You'll work collaboratively with our customers, internal stakeholders, and vendors to provide timely and effective solutions, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying and addressing their needs and concerns. Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve customer issues and improve processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of blithequark's banking products and services, including deposit, loan, and digital banking solutions. Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including calls handled, adherence to schedule, and customer satisfaction. Provide feedback on the usability of our services based on customer interactions, driving continuous improvement. Perform general clerical duties, operate departmental equipment, and handle administrative tasks as needed. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or GED. Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role within the banking or financial services industry (preferred). Previous contact center experience (preferred). Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively express thoughts, ideas, and concepts. A professional demeanor, with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset. Ability to work under pressure, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to blithequark's policies and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, web browsers, and operating systems.
