Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences will make you an invaluable asset to our team. You'll work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback to enhance our services. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to and resolve inbound customer requests related to bank products and services in a timely and professional manner * Provide exceptional customer service, building and retaining relationships with customers to differentiate blithequark from competitors * Identify customer concerns or needs, resolve inquiries or recommend best solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution * Partner with other departments to reach mutually satisfactory resolutions of customer issues and identify processes or procedures that can be changed to improve future customer experiences * Maintain knowledge of deposit, loan, and digital banking services, as well as other banking products, to provide accurate information to customers * Consistently meet or exceed agent metric standards for calls handled, adherence to schedule, ready/not ready time, and customer satisfaction * Provide customer service via various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email * Quickly and accurately assess the urgency of customer requests and prioritize accordingly * Resolve customer issues and complaints involving confidential and financial information * Serve as a liaison between customers and other bank departments and vendors * Provide feedback to the bank about the usability of our services based on customer interactions * Perform general clerical duties, operate various departmental equipment, and handle detail work as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or GED * Minimum of one year of banking or financial services experience in a customer service role * Previous contact center experience preferred * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information * Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, web browsers, and operating systems * Ability to use a personal computer and navigate various software applications **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Knowledge of banking products and services, including deposit, loan, and digital banking * Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information * Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, web browsers, and operating systems * Ability to use a personal computer and navigate various software applications * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building and retaining relationships * Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Part-time Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll have opportunities to develop your skills and advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
