In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, handling their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring that their experiences with arenaflex are nothing short of exceptional. Job Overview As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be working with a creative and dynamic team whose shared objective is to guarantee that our customers' cargo and freight arrive safely and on time. You will be scheduled to work a shift between 20 to 40 hours per week, and your duties will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our operations team. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, and to maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times. Key Responsibilities Safely lift, load, dump, and transport cargo, mail, and freight to and from aircraft, as well as being responsible for on-time connections by directing arriving and departing aircraft from the gate positions. Protect Freight, cargo, and mail from damage, loss, and weather. Safely drive and operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. Repetitively lift and load cargo onto trucks and to ensure each package arrives at its destination. Operate cargo scanners and computers to ensure items and freight are routed accurately to the passenger's destination. Practice safety-conscious behaviors in every operational cycle and procedure. What You Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Demonstrate that safety is paramount while handling personal information. Have basic computer skills. Have strong verbal communication skills. Ability to frequently lift packages or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds. Ability to occasionally lift packages or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds. Work a fixed as well as rotating schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays in all weather conditions.
