Your Mission Will Be To
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
• Assist customers with questions related to products, orders, shipping, and returns.
• Provide detailed product knowledge—educating customers about ingredients like 7hydroxymitragynine and pseudoalkaloids, as well as usage guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate wholesale purchase concerns to the appropriate internal team.
• Stay uptodate with company policies, product updates, and relevant regulations.
