**Roles & Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Researching, creating, and executing exceptional itineraries for clients, including airline, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and event/ticket sales
* Reviewing individual needs and wants for travel to ensure that you can cater a trip specially designed to meet their needs
* Completing ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel
* Attending ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized with specific destinations
* Becoming an ambassador for the brand and working alongside other team members
* Providing suggested budgets for clients and reviewing budgets to plan trips according to clients' budget constraints
* Creating promotional materials to utilize and staying up-to-date on changes within the tourism industry
* Monitoring restrictions on travel that come and go and booking travel needs (airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc.)
* Effectively communicating with clients pre/post travel and promptly responding to all travel inquires
* Effectively managing your time when researching trips and communicating with clients
* Handling issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clients
* Maintaining up-to-date information within our software and networking with tour operators regarding packages that you can offer to clients
* Participating in FAM trips when possible
**Requirements**
To be successful as a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* Be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work within the US
* Be fluent in English
* Be able to effectively communicate with clients (strong sales background a plus)
* Have a smartphone with internet access, laptop recommended but not required
* Personal travel experience is a huge plus, however not required
* Previous experience in customer service or hospitality also a plus, but not required

The expected salary for this position is $35,000 - $75,000 per year.
