About the Role: Part-time Chat Specialist We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-time Chat Specialist to join our team in College Station, TX. As a Chat Specialist, you will be the frontline representative of our dealer clients, engaging with customers online to address their inquiries about automotive and recreational vehicles. Your role will be pivotal in turning online interactions into valuable leads for our clients, thereby driving revenue from their website traffic. Key Responsibilities: Handle a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses.
