Business Purpose Mortgage Account Executive - ID 64842 – USA Remote Jobs

Position Overview Temple View Capital (TVC) is a fast growing direct private money lender in the residential mortgage industry. As an Account Executive , you will join an established sales team to generate and nurture relationships with qualified real estate investors utilizing Business Purpose Loans (BPLs). Your goal is to establish TVC as the primary financing option for high-quality borrowers while mastering TVC products, sales tools, and processes from initial contact through to closing. Key Responsibilities Prospect new borrowers via cold-calling, conferences, and in-person meetings with real estate investors. Diligently assess prospects to ensure they satisfy TVC credit requirements for loan qualification. Build and manage a healthy book of new and repeat borrowers. Meet minimum monthly production requirements. Record prospecting, application details, performance measures, quality control, and client notes in TVC’s CRM (Sales Force) on a weekly basis. Required Qualifications Understanding of residential real estate appraisal forms, concepts, and valuation techniques. Self-motivated and organized with keen attention to detail and strong pipeline management skills. Ability to exercise sound, reliable, and independent judgment in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills coupled with strong teamwork orientation. Demonstrated capability to learn and utilize new technologies and applications quickly. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience. Previous residential real estate experience in lending, mortgage processing, or a related function is a plus.
