Part-time Business Development Associate (Remote)
Job Type: Independent Contractor / Freelance
Work Setting: Remote
Schedule: Part-time (5–10 hours/week to start — evenings/weekends initially)

Overview
This is a part-time, remote opportunity for professionals who are already working or in post-secondary education and want to build an additional income stream without leaving their current career path.
You’ll develop practical, transferable skills in client acquisition, relationship-building, communication, and personal leadership in the health and wellness space — with training and mentorship provided.
Who This Is For
This role is best for someone who is:
• currently employed full-time (or a motivated post-secondary student)
• confident communicating with others and building relationships
• consistent, coachable, and willing to follow a simple weekly plan
• interested in personal growth, wellness, and long-term skill development
Responsibilities
• Introduce and recommend wellness products through a consultative, relationship-first approach
• Build connections through referrals, social platforms, and networking
• Provide customer support and professional follow-up
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship (weekly)
• Optional: build leadership experience by supporting others as your business grows
Preferred Qualifications
• Currently employed or enrolled in post-secondary education
• Strong time management and self-direction
• Comfortable using online tools (social platforms, messaging, video calls, etc.)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales, recruiting, athletics, leadership, or customer-facing experience is helpful (not required)
