[Remote] Claims Adjuster - Large Loss Injury Litigation

They are seeking a claims adjuster for casualty litigation to manage complex commercial claim investigations and handle various aspects of claims involving significant injuries.

Responsibilities
• Manage complex commercial claim investigations
• Interpret coverage
• Investigate liability
• Handle claims involving multiple vehicles
• Direct counsel through litigation
• Engage experts
• Conduct negotiations including mediations
• Arbitrations, and trials
• Evaluate claims to mitigate risk

Skills
• Six years of relevant work experience with three years in claims handling, OR
• Three years in claims handling and a bachelor's degree, OR
• Five years of relevant work experience with three years in claims handling and an associate degree
• Attorney-represented and litigated bodily injury claim experience
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply complex facts to case law and regulatory environments
