Skills
• Expertise in QuickBooks Online (certification preferred but not required)
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
• Ability to adapt to different situations quickly and efficiently

Responsibilities
• Maintain and update the General Ledger (GL), ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Perform custom financial reporting as needed
• Ensure timely and responsive updates, managing time effectively across various tasks
• Regularly attend in-person meetings 2-4 times per month to discuss updates and progress

Qualifications
• Previous experience in bookkeeping or financial operations
• Familiarity with long-term care facilities such as nursing homes or assisted living centers is a plus
• Knowledge of government grants and funding processes related to these facilities is highly valued

Education Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred

• Experience working with QuickBooks Online
• Previous experience in bookkeeping or financial reporting roles
