Job Summary
Were seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our remote team. Youll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting day-to-day bookkeeping operations for our small business clients. This role starts part-time with the option to grow into a full-time position based on your availability and performance.
Responsibilities
Record and categorize financial transactions
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Process accounts payable and receivable
Assist with month-end close and basic financial reports
Maintain up-to-date and organized records in QuickBooks Online
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
Qualifications
2+ years of bookkeeping experience (preferably with small businesses)
Proficient in QuickBooks Online
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong time management and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requirements
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Must reside in the U.S.
Must have reliable internet and a quiet home office setup
Previous experience working remotely is a plus
