Part-Time Bookkeeper (Remote, Orlando, FL-based)
Job Description
CCI Group is a leading language service provider offering translation, interpretation, and transcription services to a diverse range of clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our financial operations and ensure accurate and efficient bookkeeping processes.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
Manage QuickBooks Online
Process invoices and payments through platforms such as Bill.com, Wise, PayPal, and ADP.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Assist in preparing financial reports for management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BA) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience.
Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Strong understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
Preferred experience working with language service providers.
Proficiency with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
Experience with online payment platforms like Bill.com, Wise, PayPal, and ADP is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

This is a remote position, but the candidate must be based in Orlando, FL, as CCI Group is headquartered there.
