Part-Time Bookkeeper for YouTube Media Company
We’re looking for an experienced part-time bookkeeper to bring financial clarity and structure to our fast-growing YouTube-first media company with multiple content brands. Our goal is simple: clean books, clear reporting, and real profit visibility. What You’ll Be Responsible For: - Monthly bookkeeping & reporting, including: - Categorizing all transactions accurately - Reconciling business bank + credit card accounts - Producing monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) - Providing a cash flow summary - Structuring books to show profitability by channel / project - Ensuring books are tax-ready for our CPA - Flagging anomalies or issues (overspending, inconsistencies, etc.) Your Qualifications: - 3+ years of bookkeeping experience - Quickbooks experience - Have worked with creators, media companies, or online businesses - Are comfortable tracking project or channel-level profitability - Deliver clear, readable monthly reports (not just raw data) - Communicate clearly and proactively Commitment Expectations: - Hours: 5–10 hours per month - Type: Ongoing / long-term - Start: Immediate Apply tot his job
