Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, virtual behavioral health services to patients with substance use disorder, utilizing evidence-based treatments and best practices. Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring comprehensive care and support. Conduct assessments, diagnose, and treat patients with substance use disorder, providing ongoing therapy and support. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers, promoting engagement and motivation. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Fully licensed with one of the following: LCSW or LPC in the state of Illinois. Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, family therapy, or a related field. Working knowledge of evidence-based treatments for behavioral health conditions, including substance use disorder. Strong interpersonal communication skills, with exceptional active listening abilities. Experience in a collaborative team environment, with a focus on patient-centered care.
