About the Role As a Part Time Behavioral Health Therapist at Workwarp, you'll play a vital role in our mission to transform the way behavioral health care is delivered. You'll provide virtual behavioral health services to patients struggling with substance use disorder, collaborating with our care team to help each patient achieve their goals. This is a unique opportunity to work in a remote, part-time capacity (10-20 hours per week) and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, virtual behavioral health services to patients with substance use disorder, utilizing evidence-based treatments and best practices. Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring comprehensive care and support. Conduct assessments, diagnose, and treat patients with substance use disorder, providing ongoing therapy and support. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers, promoting engagement and motivation. Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments, integrating this knowledge into your practice. Participate in ongoing training and professional development, contributing to the growth and improvement of our team. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Fully licensed with one of the following: LCSW or LPC in the state of Illinois. Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, family therapy, or a related field. Working knowledge of evidence-based treatments for behavioral health conditions, including substance use disorder. Strong interpersonal communication skills, with exceptional active listening abilities. Experience in a collaborative team environment, with a focus on patient-centered care. The ability to be consistently available for scheduled shifts. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with patients with substance use disorder, preferably in a virtual or telehealth setting.
