This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States Description/Responsibilities: We are looking for a strategic leader and seasoned executor with proven success in strengthening client relationships and driving retention and renewals through high-impact B2B marketing programs across health plan, Medicare markets. In this role, you will bring a strong track record in account-based marketing and client engagement, consistently delivering measurable results through client-focused marketing strategies and the continuous optimization of a compelling sales narrative focused on building client relationships. Known for balancing creativity with a metrics-driven mindset, our director will excel at managing cross-functional efforts including Customer Base Marketing, CRM, brand Awareness, Lead Generation and Data Analytics. Key Responsibilities: • Client Retention & Renewal Marketing: Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that support client retention, renewal, and expansion goals. Partner with Client Relations and Growth Operations to develop compelling narratives that reinforce value and drive renewals. • Account-Based & Partner Marketing: Serve as a strategic advisor and partner to Client Relations and our Growth teams to design and implement account-based marketing (ABM) programs that strengthen relationships with key clients and support renewals and upsell opportunities. • Integrated Campaign Management: Translate enterprise-level strategy into integrated campaigns that serve both existing client engagement and new business goals – including digital advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, webinars and event marketing that build brand awareness and support sales pipeline goals. • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Ensure consistency and excellence across our client relation’s growth initiatives and coordinate enterprise-wide alignment with Client Relations, Growth Operations, Product, Legal and Compliance/Regulatory to ensure all requirements meet CMS guidelines. • Performance Analytics & Optimization: Define KPIs and manage performance tracking across Client Relations Marketing and digital demand generation channels (website, LinkedIn, paid media) and provide actionable insights that improve ROI, conversion rates, and overall marketing effectiveness. • Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Define target audiences with decision driving motivations and behaviors to connect our offerings to immediate and longer-term needs. Track KPIs across campaigns and events, report impact on pipeline, and continuously improve outcomes. • Planning & Coordination: Develop and manage the annual health plan B2B marketing calendar Develop and maintain B2B sales collateral ensuring alignment with Tivity value proposition and supporting sales team efforts. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). • 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, with demonstratable expertise in partnering with client relations or account management teams to drive retention and renewal outcomes – along with digital marketing, paid media, and lead generation execution. • Track record of effective collaboration and influence, demonstrating strength in synthesizing inputs to generate impactful programming and direction. • Experience in healthcare, with strong knowledge of health plans (including Medicare Advantage), highly preferred. • Demonstrated strategic agility and ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; able to translate performance insights into actionable improvements. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to influence peers and leaders. • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development skills. The salary range for this opportunity is $117,400 to $164,400. Compensation depends on several factors: qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
