• Manage schedules for students and drivers to ensure proper shift coverage
• Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the team
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other documents
• Assist in organizing and managing company files and records
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
• Organize meetings and take accurate meeting minutes
• Draft and distribute emails, memos, and letters
• Contribute to the preparation of company reports and maintain an organized filing system
• Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining office procedures to streamline operations

Qualifications
• High school diploma/GED required (Associates degree or administrative training preferred)
• Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Proficient with office equipment and software tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
