Massachusetts Licensed Psychologist, Supervisor- Caseload Optional

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. This is a pivotal role in our practice's growth, providing essential supervision to our social work credential providers who are working toward full licensure. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mentoring emerging professionals while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care. Description Primary Responsibilities Supervision & Training Provide clinical supervision to unlicensed social work providers in accordance with Massachusetts Board of Registration requirements Review and approve clinical documentation, treatment plans, and case notes Conduct regular individual and possibly group supervision sessions Certify supervision hours for supervisees' licensure requirements Ensure all supervisees meet continuing education and professional development standards Quality Assurance Monitor clinical outcomes and treatment effectiveness Ensure compliance with ethical standards and state regulations Review crisis intervention protocols and safety procedures Maintain detailed supervision records and documentation Reporting & Communication Provide regular progress reports to practice owner on supervisee development Identify and escalate clinical concerns or performance issues Participate in practice meetings and quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with practice leadership on policy development Optional Clinical Duties Maintain a small caseload of individual, couple, or family therapy clients (optional) Required Qualifications Current Massachusetts LICSW license in good standing Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience Previous supervision experience strongly preferred Experience with virtual therapy platforms Strong knowledge of Massachusetts mental health regulations and ethical standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with electronic health records and practice management systems Background in individual, couples, and family therapy modalities What We Offer Flexible scheduling options Supportive, collaborative work environment Remote work flexibility Potential for full time, depending on provider caseloads 401k participation with employer match (eligible after 8 months of employment) Our Values Exceptional Care: We are committed to providing the highest quality mental health services Quick Response Time: We prioritize timely access to care for our clients Professional Growth: We invest in our team's continued development and success Innovation: We embrace new approaches while maintaining clinical excellence Application Process To apply, please submit: Current resume/CV Cover letter detailing your supervision philosophy and experience Professional references (3 minimum) Copy of current LICSW license About the Company Dr. Glover, a seasoned practitioner at New Life Therapy, has taken a significant step to extend the reach of evidence-based treatments to patients in Massachusetts.
