This is a part-time, flexible role focused on keeping things organized, handling communication, and helping streamline business operations. You will work directly with the owner and play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities
⢠Monitor and organize email inbox
⢠Respond to basic client emails (templates provided)
⢠Schedule appointments and coordinate jobs
⢠Send invoices and assist with basic billing
⢠Follow up with clients on open requests or jobs
⢠Keep documents and client information organized
⢠Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
⢠Strong organization and attention to detail
⢠Good communication skills (clear and professional)
⢠Reliable and responsive
⢠Comfortable using computers, email, and basic software
⢠Ability to work independently and stay on top of tasks
Nice to Have (Not Required)
⢠Experience with administrative work
⢠Familiarity with IT or service-based businesses
⢠Experience with tools like QuickBooks, Google Workspace, or CRM systems
Schedule
⢠Part-time: 5ā10 hours per week
⢠Flexible schedule
⢠Remote preferred (local is a plus but not required)
Pay
⢠$18ā$25 per hour depending on experience
