About the Role
As a coach at Calibrate, you will be part of a innovative and supportive team, dedicated to helping members improve their relationships with food, sleep, exercise, and emotional health. Your expertise and positive attitude will be essential in providing exceptional care and support to our valued members. You will work closely with our team to deliver personalized coaching, address challenges, and celebrate successes, all while ensuring an outstanding member experience.
Key Responsibilities

Implement core coaching competencies to inspire and support members throughout their lifestyle journey
Engage, support, and retain members by establishing strong rapport, demonstrating empathy, and delivering compassionate service
Ensure quality member experiences across all channels, adhering to local, state, and federal guidelines
Handle inbound member calls in a professional, timely, and caring manner
Assist members with various tasks, including responding to program inquiries, verifying information, and processing account updates
Proactively identify members' needs, providing solutions and alternatives within established workflows
Contribute to achieving Calibrate's service level agreements through effective collaboration with team members and leaders
Embody and demonstrate Calibrate's values in every interaction with members
Personalize the Calibrate program for each member, setting relevant and achievable goals
Actively listen to members, empowering them to discover their own motivation and solutions for sustainable habit change
Utilize key engagement metrics to support members in achieving their goals
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all member interactions, next steps, and escalate issues as needed

Background and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:

5+ years of professional work experience
2+ years of coaching experience, or 1-year plus a coaching certification (NBHWC preferred)
Customer service experience (preferred)
Bilingual Spanish (a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a patient, personable, and kind approach
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively with members and team members
Ability to work remotely, with strong computer skills (Google Suite, Slack, Video Conferencing) and the ability to work on a computer for extended periods
Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated, with experience working in a fast-paced environment (startup experience preferred)
A self-starter, able to hold yourself accountable in a remote working environment

What We Offer
This is a part-time, fully remote role, requiring 25 hours per week. The hourly rate for this role is $20.00 per hour. We offer two shifts: 1:00pm - 6:00pm PST or 10am-3pm PST.
