Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with legal standards. This position requires a strong understanding of legal procedures and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Must have 10+ years experience in Personal Injury Law.
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case preparation.
• Assist in the management of legal cases, including maintaining case files and tracking deadlines.
• Review, analyze, and summarize documents relevant to ongoing litigation.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions, ensuring clarity and compliance with applicable laws.
• Transcribe legal proceedings and prepare summaries for attorney review.
• Collaborate with attorneys to prepare for trials by organizing exhibits, witness lists, and other necessary materials.
• Stay informed about Tribal law regulations and workers' compensation law as they pertain to specific cases.
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as needed.

Skills
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
• Strong knowledge of legal case management practices.
• Familiarity with Tribal law regulations is a plus.
• Excellent document review skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to write clearly and concisely for various legal documents.
• Experience in drafting contracts and other legal agreements.
• Strong transcription skills for accurate recording of legal proceedings.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation law is beneficial but not required.
