Paralegal / Legal Assitant
Job Overview
Real Estate Law Firm is seeking two Paralegals / Legal Assistants to join our remote foreclosure team for its Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Illinois cases. The position involves drafting and filing pleadings, updating various computer systems and the ability to work well with clients, courts, attorneys and other team members. Foreclosure experience is required and preferred in the above states.
Hourly wage is commensurate with your experience.
This is a full-time position, benefits, and paid time off after 90 days.
Requirements
• Proven paralegal experience with a strong foreclosure processes.
• Proficiency with document review and case management software.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with legal administrative processes including data entry, document management systems, and clerical tasks.
• Effective communication skills, along with professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience supporting attorneys in a busy law office setting is highly desirable. This position offers an opportunity to grow within a dynamic legal environment.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
