Key Responsibilities:


Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, receipts, and payments.


Reconcile bank statements and monitor general ledger accuracy.


Prepare monthly financial reports and support payroll processing.


Maintain records of invoices, payments, and expenses.


Support audits and tax preparation as needed.


Coordinate with internal teams to ensure financial compliance.


Qualifications:


2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.


Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.


Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.


Ability to work independently in a remote environment.


Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
