What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive new subscriber growth through planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns
- Work consistent weekends with a Thursday to Monday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm
- Manage cross-channel paid media campaigns including display, video, and search
- Utilize DoubleClick for campaign management and optimization
- Create and manage audiences using programmatic buying techniques
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in cross-channel paid media and ad operations
- Hands-on experience with DoubleClick (i.e., DCM, DV360, SA 360)
- Comprehensive knowledge of programmatic buying, audience creation, and campaign management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
